HED Litespeed Jet Panel Ti Disc Classification: Custom Paint Level I (less than $800 USD) This is a carbon fiber bicycle racing wheel manufactured by HED Cycling Products. I received it in a slightly used condition (see "Before" photo at right). As you can see from the photos, the disc needed extensive repairs before it could be painted. Once the repairs were done, the wheel was painted and airbrushed to resemble aircraft panels with rivets, "flight" wear patterns and bullet holes. The HED logo was rendered revealed inside an airbrushed ripped metal tear-through. The 'L' Litespeed shield was airbrushed to look like emblems traditionally painted on fighter aircraft.
